Planning & Availability
Plan and manage product supply in line with demand and service targets
Execute replenishment and/or production plans
Identify and resolve shortages, back orders, or supply risks
Monitor inbound orders, shipments, and delivery status
Inventory Management
Maintain inventory within agreed safety- and cycle-stock targets
Review inventory health: safety, cycle, above-window, VAR
Drive actions to reduce excess, ageing, and obsolete stock
Report on inventory performance, turns, and stock health
Supplier Management
Manage day-to-day supplier communication on orders, shipments, and production schedules
Track supplier OTIF and escalate issues as needed
Collaborate across Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, Finance, and Quality to resolve issues
Coordinate inbound logistics with suppliers and logistics partners
Data & Systems Management
Maintain all master data across ERP systems (lead times, MOQs, reorder points, costs)
Audit and update data regularly for accuracy
Analyse ERP and Excel data to support planning and forecasting accuracy
Cross Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Procurement, Operations, Logistics, Finance, and Quality teams
Align with global Supply Chain teams on priorities and actions
Contribute to planning reviews with insights on demand, inventory, and supplier performance

Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 2 years’ experience in supply chain, planning, or inventory management
Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel capability
Proficient in at least one ERP system; experience with multiple is an advantage
High attention to detail and structured problem-solving
Clear communicator and effective collaborator
Strong ownership and accountability mindset
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, or related field preferred
Experience in manufacturing, automotive aftermarket, or multi-SKU environments desirable
