We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Service Manager to join one of our established dealerships in the Greater Manchester area. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and experienced leader ready to step into a high-impact role within a thriving automotive environment.
The successful candidate will be a confident and hands-on manager with the ability to lead by example. You will provide guidance and support to a well-established team, including service advisors, technicians, and the workshop controller, while continually driving performance and customer satisfaction.
Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (8:30am – 5:00pm). Alternate Saturdays required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service standards to ensure total customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
- Monitor departmental performance against budget and take corrective action where necessary.
- Lead, train, and appraise team members to promote a high-performance culture.
- Identify and drive new business opportunities through effective systems and team engagement.
- Oversee recruitment, training, and development of service team personnel.
- Ensure full compliance with manufacturer standards, systems, and procedures.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and professional working environment at all times.
