Mpeople Recruitment are recruiting for a part-time HR Assistant to join a reputable business based in Irlam.
Role: Part-time HR Assistant (3 days per week).
Location: Irlam.
Salary: Up to £30,000 pro rata.
Hours of work: 9am-5pm, 3 days per week.
This newly created role will involve working alongside the Managing Director to support HR functions. It is suitable for a candidate with HR experience, and candidates who want to learn and develop will also be considered.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and ensure general HR compliance.
- Ensure all employee records are correct and create new records for new employees.
- Assist with onboarding.
- Process employee data and training.
- Act as a point of contact for all employees.
- Create and submit documentation related to HR issues.
- Time and attendance reporting.
- Obtain reference requests.
- Assist with recruitment and create job descriptions.
Qualifications & Attributes:
- Previous experience in admin / HR.
- Numerate with excellent attention to detail.
- Must be a team player with strong relationship-building skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
