We are currently looking to recruit an Internal Sales to join our reputable client based in Irlam.
Role Details:
- Position Title: Internal Sales
- Location: Irlam
- Hours: Mon – Fri 9am – 5pm – fully office based
- Salary: £35k - 38K DOE
Purpose of the role:
- Manage and maintain existing key customer accounts.
- Negotiate pricing and prepare quotations to achieve the best commercial outcomes.
- Manage customer projects from initial enquiry through to successful delivery.
- Coordinate the purchasing of materials required for customer orders and projects.
- Build and strengthen long-term customer relationships through excellent account management.
- Communicate effectively with customers, addressing queries, concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Escalate customer requirements and feedback to senior management where appropriate.
- Conduct regular follow-up activity to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth.
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure customer expectations and deadlines are achieved.
- Contribute market and customer insights to support business development and sales strategies.
Required skills:
- Previous experience within an Account Management, Customer Service or Sales role.
- Ability to multitask and manage several customer projects simultaneously.
