Temporary Operational Support Assistant
Location: Rawtenstall
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Core hours Monday to Friday 9am-5pm)

About the role
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Act as the first line of contact for enquiries, referrals, and installations
- Provide day-to-day operational support including answering calls, data entry, appointment booking, and distributing information.
- Schedule technician visits efficiently, optimising appointment routes.
- Liaise with service users, their families, GPs, nurses, social workers, and community organisations to coordinate care and support.
- Maintain and update accurate service user records across internal systems
- Handle sensitive information in line with data protection policies.
- Prepare documentation for new service users and respond to routine queries from stakeholders.
- Contribute to maintaining service KPIs and quality standards.
Qualifications and experience required:
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organisational and administrative abilities
- Comfortable using computer systems and CRM/databases (training provided).
