Our client is seeking an experienced Sales Administrator who is driven and motivated and has the ability to learn and pick up new processes.
Duties:
- Order-processing – entering orders from inbound calls and emails, giving customers order updates, chasing and giving delivery tracking updates (Have initial understanding of the products we sell)
- Taking telephone enquiries
- Courier tracking/chasing, collating PODS
- Complaint handling
- Allocating stock and instructing production to progress with orders
- Purchasing admin – chasing imports, chasing suppliers, updating ERP system
- Monitors the purchasing email inbox, routes through important emails
- Order-scheduling – working with production to ensure order fulfilment
Important skills:
- Clear talking
- Product knowledge of ERP codes
- ERP experience/knowledge (Intact IQ)
- Proficient in Outlook and 365 apps
