Property Manager / Sales Progressor
Location: Whitefield
Start Date: Immediate
Working Hours: 9:15 – 5:30 Monday to Friday – No weekends
Hourly rate
- £30,000 plus an annual bonus upto £3,000
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Property Manager / Sales Progressor to join our client’s successful office in the Whitefield area.
Key Responsibilities
- Organising and scheduling day-to-day issues reported by tenants (such as plumbing leaks, electrical faults, joinery, or door repairs)
- Organising yearly inspections on properties
- Working closely with housing associations to ensure that all administration and scheduling is upto date
- Handling queries from buyers who would like to provided with updates
- Sales progression
- Speaking to solicitors, surveyors and conveyancers to ensure the sales progression is running smoothly
Requirements
- You must have a drivers licence and be able to use your own car – you will be paid for your mileage
- A positive attitude and a reliable approach to work.
- Able to work as part of a team and take direction.
