We are currently looking to recruit an Internal Sales to join our reputable client based who is based in Irlam. Role Details: * Position Title: Internal Sales * Location: Irlam * Hours: Mon – Fri 9am – 5pm – fully office based * Salary: £35k - 38K DOE Purpose of the role: * Manage and maintain existing key customer accounts. * Negotiate pricing and prepare quotations to achieve the best commercial outcomes. * Manage customer projects from initial enquiry through to successful delivery. * Coordinate the purchasing of materials required for customer orders and projects. * Build and strengthen long-term customer relationships through excellent account management. * Communicate effectively with customers, addressing queries, concerns and resolving issues promptly. * Escalate customer requirements and feedback to senior management where appropriate. * Conduct regular follow-up activity to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth. * Work closely with internal departments to ensure customer expectations and deadlines are achieved. * Contribute market and customer insights to support business development and sales strategies. Required skills: * Previous experience within an Account Management, Customer Service or Sales role. * Ability to multitask and manage several customer projects simultaneously. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to work proactively and take ownership of tasks. * Strong relationship-building and customer service skills. * Team player with a willingness to support colleagues when required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
