Hours: Full Time, Permanent
Working Hours: 8:00am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)

Our client is a rapidly growing company looking for a reliable and organised Office Administrator / Service Coordinator to join their team. This is not a typical administration role. Due to the reactive nature of their industry, every day is different and can be fast-paced, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and working under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:- Taking and logging customer breakdown calls
- Planning and scheduling engineers' work
- Ordering parts required for service and repair jobs
- Costing completed jobs for invoicing
- Preparing quotations using a pricing schedule
- Providing general administrative and customer service support
- Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
The successful candidate will:
- Be organised and able to prioritise workloads effectively
- Have excellent communication and customer service skills
- Be confident using computers and office-based systems
- Work well in a busy, reactive environment
- Be a team player with a positive attitude
- Be willing to learn and develop within the role
Previous experience in a service, scheduling, or administration environment would be beneficial but is not essential.
Training & Support:Full training will be provided to ensure you have all the skills and knowledge required to carry out the role successfully.
On-Call Weekend Rota:Following successful completion of training, you will be required to participate in a weekend on-call rota. This involves working from home, receiving breakdown calls and allocating work to engineers as required. (additional pay)
