Temporary Assignment - Approximately 1 Month
Our client is currently implementing a new CRM system, Salesforce , and is looking for a detail-oriented Data Extract & Data Inputter to provide temporary support during this important transition project.
This role will involve extracting data from Excel spreadsheets, validating information, and accurately transferring records into the new Salesforce platform. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative and data management skills who enjoys working with accuracy and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Extract data from, spreadsheets, and archived files.
- Accurately input and transfer data into the new Salesforce system.
- Review and cross-check information to ensure data integrity.
- Identify and correct discrepancies, missing information, or duplicate records.
- Maintain high levels of accuracy while working to project deadlines.
- Work methodically across multiple data sources to ensure complete and correct records.
Skills & Experience Required
- Previous experience in data entry, administration, or data processing.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Confident working with Excel spreadsheets and digital records.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage large volumes of information.
- Experience or knowledge of Salesforce would be advantageous, but is not essential.
