Mpeople Recruitment are seeking a Customer Support Advisor to join a busy team in Burnley. This role involves handling customer enquiries, resolving issues, and providing a high level of service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Duties:

  • Answer inbound calls and handle customer enquiries
  • Resolve issues and provide clear advice
  • Process payments and update customer records
  • Monitor account alerts and contact customers as needed
  • Support basic troubleshooting and problem-solving
  • Maintain accurate system updates and documentation

Skills Experience:

  • Previous customer service or contact centre experience
  • Strong communication and IT skills
  • Good attention to detail and organisation
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
  • Professional and customer-focused approach
