Mpeople Recruitment are seeking an experienced Quality Manager on behalf of our reputable manufacturing client based in Wigan.
- Location: Wigan
- Hours: 37.5 hours per week. Permanent Monday to Friday usual hours are 8.30am to 5pm
- Salary: up to £60,000 dependent on experience
- EAP: in place once passed probationary period.
- Pension: minimum of 2% contribution from the employee, and the company contributes 6% - making a total pension contribution of 8% per annum, once passed probationary period.

- Proficiency in statistical analysis and quality control software.
- Experience with lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in quality control or quality assurance.
- In-depth understanding of quality control procedures and legal standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Proven experience in managing quality assurance projects.
- Familiarity with statistical methods and data analysis.
