We’re currently recruiting Weekend Customer Service Advisors to join a busy, supportive team providing out-of-hours technical and repair support to customers.
If you\’re available immediately and have excellent customer service skills, this could be a great opportunity for you.
About the Role:
Due to increased demand, we’re looking for 3 team members who can handle incoming calls, prioritise emergency maintenance requests, and schedule appointments for field technicians. You’ll be working on-site in Rossendale as part of a fast-paced and rewarding operation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answer inbound calls and respond to customer queries professionally
* Liaise with customers, prescribers, subcontractors, and operations teams
* Schedule and coordinate field-based repair appointments
* Handle urgent cases within tight service timeframes
* Log all interactions and update records accurately
* Action incoming emails and send documentation (e.g., health & safety, insurance)
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience in customer service (call centre or service-based role ideal)
* Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
* Organised, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure
* Good IT skills – Outlook, Excel, Word (training provided)
* Minimum 5 GCSEs (A–C) including English & Maths
* Must hold or be willing to obtain a Standard DBS check
* Friendly, approachable, and team-oriented
