Salary: £30-32,000 DOE + Bonus

Location: Oldham, OL8

Hours: 8am – 5pm Mon Thurs with an early finish on Friday

We are looking for an experienced Purchasing Parts Administrator to join our clients fast-growing company based in Oldham.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day purchasing and procurement.
  • Monitor stock levels and ensure product availability.
  • Manage import and export processes.
  • Maintain strong relationships with UK and overseas suppliers.
  • Monitor purchasing costs and stock values.
  • Handle customer queries professionally and efficiently.
  • Produce KPI reports covering stock, purchasing and supplier performance.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements

  • Experience in procurement or purchasing.
  • Experience dealing with overseas suppliers.
  • Excellent organisation and time management.
  • Strong communication and attention to detail.
  • Automotive, machinery or parts experience would be advantageous.
