Key Responsibilities- Manage and monitor a central email inbox, ensuring timely responses and appropriate allocation of work.
- Coordinate and delegate incoming enquiries and jobs to relevant team members.
- Support day-to-day office operations and act as a key point of contact within the business.
- Assist with general finance duties, including invoicing, data entry, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Maintain accurate records and support administrative compliance processes.
