Our client is actively recruiting for an experienced Sales Administrator to join a well-established business in Wakefield. Working as part of the Sales Support team, you will be responsible for:

  • Taking ownership for the full customer sales journey from initial enquiry through to order fulfilment, ensuring all requirements are processed accurately and efficiently.
  • Working with internal departments to provide an exceptional customer experience, build and nurture relationships, and generate sustainable growth.
  • Developing a deep understanding of products, specifications, and applications to effectively understand customer requirements and recommend tailored solutions.
  • Acting as a central point of contact for the entire customer sales journey, providing full administrative support to the Sales Teams.
  • Accurately processing customer orders, ensuring correct pricing, discounts, and product availability, collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfilment in alignment with departmental SLAs.
  • Preparing and issuing quotes based on customer requirements, ensuring alignment with company pricing policies, while also supporting pricing negotiations with accurate cost breakdowns and commercial reasoning to generate sustainable growth within agreed KPIs.
  • Collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders across the business to build and maintain strong relationships and ensure effective communication.
  • Full ownership of post-order customer support, resolving queries and issues in collaboration with internal teams to ensure swift resolutions whilst maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Providing full Sales Administration support.
