Duties to include:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are fully understood and addressed.
- Proactively follow up on quotations and sales opportunities to maximise conversion rates and enhance customer engagement.
- Sales order processing and ensuring a smooth process from start to finish.
- Apply technical product knowledge to identify client requirements and recommend bespoke solutions that align with their operational goals.
- Recognise opportunities for up-selling, cross-selling, and account expansion based on client usage patterns and needs.
- Anticipate client challenges and resolve issues before they escalate, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with finance and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and secure client retention.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, and monitor pipeline progress.
- Aim to meet or exceed revenue, retention, and growth targets, contributing to the overall success of the team and organisation.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, account management, Sales Admin, cross and upsell or client success, ideally within a commercial or technical environment.
- Experience working with Sage and CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot - desirable.
- Strong communication skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and analytically.
- Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-centric mindset with a solutions-focused approach and a knack for building long-term client relationships.
