Mpeople recruitment have a fantastic opportunity available for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join the team of a well-established business, based in the Denton area, on a full-time Temporary basis to begin.
- Location: Denton
- Salary: £12.71 per hr - £24,500
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm. Hybrid working available once training is completed. 3 days office, 2 days working from home.
Duties as a Customer Service Administrator will include:
- Dealing with all customer enquiries to ensure positive customer outcomes are delivered ensuring all client enquiries are dealt with promptly, adhering to the required standards.
- Assess issues for escalation to Supervisor and Manager for resolution.
- To work as part of a team in creating and retaining strong client and supplier relationships.
- Ensure customer expectations are delivered.
- Work with Supervisor/Manager to identify processes to improve customer service delivery.
- To liaise with internal & external stakeholders to deliver customer and supplier requirements.
- Responsible for adhering to policies, procedures, and processes.
- Willingness to develop knowledge of the products, systems, business, and processes.
- Willingness to develop skills and knowledge via coaching, one to ones, training courses as required.
The successful candidate will possess the following skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent attention to detail with good Administrative skills.
- Experience working with internal CRM’s and SAP.
- Good level of Math’s and English skills.
