Accounts Administrator - part time 3 hours per day - office based Huddersfield Permanent £12.30 per hour approx £9594 per annum
The Accounts Administrator is responsible for maintaining accurate records, performing reconciliations, managing supplier and customer transactions, and ensuring accounting data is updated in Sage.
Key Responsibilities:- Input debits/credits for all bank accounts into Sage.
- Process supplier invoices.
- Update online payments balance sheets (GBP & USD).
- Perform month-end reconciliation and prepare financial statements.
- Verify supplier invoices and match statements.
- Plan end-of-month supplier payments.
- Send customer statements twice a month.
- Update supplier price changes in Sage.
- Update price increases in Sage, as required (usually once a year).
- Complete VAT returns.
- Detail-oriented with strong accuracy.
- Organised and able to multitask.
- Strong communication skills.
- Prior experience of Sage 50 - preferred.
