Mpeople Recruitment is looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to join a busy and friendly team in Middleton, Manchester.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process sales and e-commerce orders
- Manage customer enquiries, pro-forma payments and credit notes
- Coordinate deliveries with couriers and the warehouse team
- Process Amazon and Irish orders using courier portals
- Handle chargebacks, promotions and bulk orders
- Provide holiday cover across the sales administration team
- General administration, including stationery orders and banking cheques
About You:
- Minimum 2 years' sales administration experience
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Sage 200 is advantageous
