Mpeople are currently recruiting for an experienced Machine Operator to join the expanding team of our Oldham based client. This role will work on a temp to perm basis and will lead to a permanent position once your probation period has been completed.

Location: Oldham

Salary: £12.21 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday, 06.30AM – 3.00PM

Your role as a Machine Operator will include:

  • Operating machinery to assist with the manufacturing process
  • Working at the end of the line to ensure finished products are checked and packed before dispatch
  • Performing quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet the correct standards
  • Weighing and mixing materials
  • Checking formulas to ensure correct requirements are met
  • Changing the line where necessary
  • Storing finished products until they are ready to be dispatched
  • Completing manual handling and lifting tasks where necessary
