Overview
Mpeople recruitment have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Business Development Manager to join a thriving business based in Denton, Manchester, on a full time, permanent basis.
Location: UK based
Salary: £40,000 (Dependent on experience) PLUS Car Allowance PLUS Commission - Details TBC
WFH options available - 2 days Hybrid, 3 days in the office
Holidays: 23 Days holiday, increasing every year with a maximum of 25 days.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead generation and qualification of new business by targeting the healthcare and senior living sectors
- Input of ideas to generate campaigns, implement, follow up, assess and share insight
- Managing pipeline, contract negotiations & closing sales
- Supporting on Company bids & tenders
- System demonstrations & Company presentations
- Responsibility for managing own time & calendar and taking a proactive approach by working independently, as well as working collaboratively as part of the wider team to increase profitable sales growth of the Company
- Focussing on personal development and using own initiative to conduct relevant research and analysis
- Acting as a Company ambassador
- Undertaking self-learning, as well as attending & completing relevant training courses
Key Skills:
- Previous experience in a similar role with a proven track record of quantifiable sales generation within same or similar sector
- Proven history of delivering against challenging sales and margin targets
- Excellent solution-based sales, and presentation skills
- A proven deal closer
- Stakeholder management
- Effective communication is key including verbal, written, listening and presentation skills
