Mpeople Recruitment are looking for a Data Administrator on behalf of our client based in Central Rochdale. This would be a temporary contract for a period of 4 weeks, and would require an immediate start within the next few working days. Please note due to the nature of our client's work, a DBS would be required for this role. If you’ve previously had one and could apply for another quickly, you could be considered.
Our client provides mental health services across the Rochdale and surrounding areas, and this individual will provide administrative support to various departments in order to coordinate services, accurately record-keep, and ensure a smooth running of day-to-day operations.
Pay: £13.03 per hour. 7 hours per day, 4 or 5 days per week.
Location: Central Rochdale (OL16)
Contract Length: 4 weeks
Main duties in the role:
- Provide administrative support to Crisis Prevention & Advocacy Manager.
- Maintain and update service user databases, referral logs, and case tracking systems.
- Support the recruitment and onboarding of staff and volunteers.
- Assist with managing Reception and provide cover as needed.
- Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and manage room/online bookings.
- Monitor staff rotas, annual/sick leave, and trigger levels.
- Ensure timely distribution of mail, ordering of supplies, and upkeep of office systems.
- Ensure compliance with data protection and safeguarding protocols.
Skills, experience and attributes required:
- Experience within HR administration would be desirable but is not essential.
- Strong CRM and Microsoft skills are essential.
- Good attention to detail.
- Able to organise and prioritise own workload.
- Great team player that is helpful, and willing to support a wider team.
- Available to start a role ASAP.
