Job Description
Tank Installation Lead Engineer
MPC Services (UK) Limited are specialists in the installation of packaged sewage treatment systems and pump stations . Due to continued growth and the introduction of some unique products we are looking for a new team member:
Full time: Immediate start, a 1 week work try-out option is available.
Salary: range from £15 ph. to £18 per hour negotiable based upon experience.
The candidate should have an enthusiastic attitude to work and previous experience with operating excavators of all sizes , previous tank installation would be a benefit but not a must. The candidate will also look to help the business continually improve our delivery for our customers through ongoing feedback. The candidate must have good communication with colleagues and customers, with a desire to improve and work as part of the wider team.
Please note:
– Training (e.g. Health & Safety) and PPE provided.
– Groundworker experience, and relevant plant machinery licences will be required, for full details please ask.
Role:
– Deliver pre-agreed projects for customers safely and efficiently
– Work in a 2 man team
– Approx 55 hr working week although due to the nature of the business this will fluctuate.
– Frequent 4 nights per week away, depending on location of project
– Ideally based within 10 miles of S45 area
There is the opportunity to progress with experience at MPC Services for example with surveying and new customer sales, with training as appropriate. The company has an annual performance based pay review process.
