Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP S/4HANA Project Manager to join our dynamic team in a S/4HANA Project. As a key member you will lead and oversee the implementation of SAP S/4HANA, ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints.
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans for SAP S/4HANA implementations, upgrades, and migrations.
- Lead cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle, from initiation to go-live and post-implementation support.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans as needed.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, manage expectations, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee the configuration and customization of SAP S/4HANA modules to meet client needs.
- Facilitate change management processes to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 20+ years of experience in SAP.
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in SAP project management, with a focus on S/4HANA implementations.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA modules, business processes, and industry best practices.
- Strong proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Experience in risk management, change management, and quality assurance.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required.
- SAP S/4HANA certification preferred.
- Demonstrated track record of successful SAP S/4HANA implementations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Fluency in English is required.
