MPC Moving Picture Company in Crewe is launching a Graduate People Programme that offers hands-on experience across the core areas of our People function.
You’ll work alongside experienced professionals to understand how we attract, develop, and support our employees.
During the two-year programme you’ll rotate through Recruitment, Onboarding, HR Advisory, People Analytics and Payroll, spending at least three months in each area, with Monday–Friday hours 8:30am–5:00pm.
