We are seeking a seasoned Senior Sales Manager with deep expertise in Oracle applications to drive enterprise sales, build strategic client relationships, and grow revenue across key markets. This role requires a strong consultative sales approach, experience selling complex Oracle solutions, and the ability to lead large, high-value deals end to end. This should cover Oracle Application stack from Fusion ERP, HCM, EPM, SCM and also tech extensions like PaaS 4 SaaS.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive sales for Oracle product line services (Finance, SCM, HCM, Procurement, etc.) across assigned regions.
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Position Oracle Services like Implementation, Managed Services, Process Outsourcing, Data Migration, Reporting Factory and custom PaaS Extensions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, decision-makers, and key stakeholders.
- Lead the full sales lifecycle: prospecting, solutioning, proposals, negotiations, and deal closure.
- Collaborate with presales, delivery, and alliance teams to create compelling, value-driven solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities, upsell, and cross-sell within existing accounts.
- Track pipeline, forecasts, and sales performance using CRM tools.
- Stay current on Oracle Fusion roadmap, market trends, and competitive offerings.
- Represent the organization at client meetings, industry events, and partner engagements.
- Mentor junior sales team members where applicable.
Required Qualifications
- 10–15 years of overall sales experience, with a strong focus on enterprise software / ERP solutions.
- Proven hands-on sales experience with Oracle Fusion Applications (mandatory).
- Demonstrated success in closing large, complex, multi-year enterprise deals.
- Strong understanding of ERP business processes across Finance, Supply Chain, and HR.
- Experience selling to mid-market and large enterprise customers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple strategic accounts.
- Willingness to travel as required within the region.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working with Oracle partners or system integrators.
- Regional market knowledge of Indonesia, Philippines, or the UK.
- MBA or equivalent business qualification.
- Experience managing or mentoring sales teams.
