The Product Designer is responsible for driving the design process from concept to execution, ensuring our platform is user-friendly, visually appealing, and aligned with business objectives. They collaborate closely with design team peers, product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define product requirements and deliver exceptional user experiences. They have a solid foundation in product design principles, experience with design tools, and a passion for solving complex problems through design.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Collaborate within cross‑functional product teams (design, product, engineering, research) to define problems and shape effective solutions.
  • Contribute to continuous discovery through research, insight gathering and experimentation.
  • Design and deliver high‑quality user experiences – from concept through to production‑ready UI.
  • Measure the impact of released features and iterate based on user feedback, behavioural data and business outcomes.
  • Contribute to a cohesive design language across your product area, aligning with the wider MPB ecosystem.
  • Identify opportunities for experimentation, personalisation and Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) – helping plan, design and evaluate tests.
  • Use insight and analytics tools to inform design decisions and improve performance.
  • Stay current with evolving design practices, AI tools and emerging technologies – applying them where valuable.

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven experience designing digital products in an agile environment.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating shipped work and clear product thinking.
  • Relevant qualification in UX/UI, Interaction Design or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience across the full product lifecycle (discovery, prototyping, delivery, usability testing).
  • Comfortable working with insights, analytics and experimentation.
  • Experience using or strong curiosity for AI tools within your design workflow.
  • Working understanding of AI‑assisted workflows, using tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude or similar to support research, ideation and prototyping – applying strong judgement to shape high‑quality outputs.
  • Clear communicator who can articulate and defend design decisions.
  • Collaborative mindset with the confidence to take ownership in an experiment‑led environment.

  • E-commerce experience.
  • Experience designing Landing Pages which convert.
  • Understanding or experience designing for AI experiences.
