Based in: Brighton HQ - Hybrid 9 month Fixed-term Contract

As the world’s largest platform for used camera gear, we’re making kit more accessible and sustainable for creators around the world. We’re looking for a Group Product Manager to join us on a 9-month maternity cover contract, leading and supporting a talented Product Management team across Brighton and Berlin. This is a key leadership role within our Product function, responsible for creating the right environment for Product Managers to thrive while driving meaningful outcomes for both our customers and the business.

You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, Design and Data leaders to align priorities, enable effective collaboration, and support the delivery of high-impact initiatives across the platform.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead a team of Product Managers and Senior Product Managers responsible for end-to-end platform capabilities and data-focused product initiatives.
  • Partner closely with the VP of Product and Head of Product Design to shape leadership priorities and ways of working.
  • Create clarity and alignment across Product teams, ensuring priorities and responsibilities are effectively coordinated.
  • Drive strong collaboration between Product, Engineering, Product Design, Architecture, Agile Delivery and Data teams.
  • Encourage customer-centric and insight-led ways of working across the organisation.
  • Support Product Managers in delivering measurable value through successful squad outcomes.
  • Identify and resolve communication gaps, escalations and prioritisation challenges.
  • Lead and contribute hands-on to large, complex cross-functional initiatives where needed.
  • Identify opportunities for capability and skills development within the Product Management team.

What We’re Looking For:

  • You’re an experienced product leader who thrives in fast-paced, product-led organisations and knows how to bring people together around shared goals.
  • You’re passionate about developing high-performing teams and creating environments where people can do their best work.
  • You’re comfortable navigating ambiguity, making thoughtful decisions, and balancing strategic thinking with practical delivery.
  • Experience managing and coaching Product Managers in a high-growth technology environment.
  • Strong understanding of Agile software development principles and practices.
  • Experience translating business, behavioural and system data into meaningful product insights.
  • A collaborative and proactive leadership style with excellent communication skills.
  • Experience delivering both iterative improvements and large-scale software initiatives.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence working cross-functionally across Product, Engineering, Design and Data.

It would also be great if you have:

  • Experience working within e-commerce or marketplace environments.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Figma and FigJam.
  • Experience with behavioural analytics tools such as FullStory, Google Analytics or Tableau.
  • Exposure to experimentation and A/B testing practices.
  • Familiarity with automation tools and AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Zapier or n8n.
