Help build the future of learning at MPB. This role is all about leveraging automation, AI, and system integrations to create a scalable, data-driven learning ecosystem. You’ll work across tools and platforms to streamline workflows, personalise the learning experience, and generate insights that directly shape how we develop our people.
As our Learning Specialist, you’ll own the end-to-end learning infrastructure - optimising our LMS, managing learning data, and coordinating seamless programmes at scale. You’ll combine operational excellence with a systems mindset, ensuring learning is efficient, measurable, and continuously improving, while driving real capability across the business.
