You’ll play a vital role in ensuring all incoming parcels are received, sorted and unboxed with care, setting the stage for a seamless product journey. From scanning and photographing to reporting discrepancies and driving sustainable practices, Receivers are the first point of contact for gear entering our system. What you will be doing:
- Inbound handling: Monitor daily deliveries and confirm parcels received match records
- Scanning and sorting: Individually scan each courier label and organise parcels by transaction type
- Unboxing: Carefully open and inspect packages, photograph all items using our internal tool, and update status with barcodes and tracker inputs
- Sustainability: Implement eco-conscious practices by sorting and recycling packaging materials
