  • Develop planning methodologies, financial models and scenario frameworks that support effective decision‑making.
  • Challenge assumptions and forecasts using commercial insight, operational understanding and market context.
  • Evaluate strategic initiatives, investments and business opportunities through financial modelling and analysis.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders across Commercial, Operations, Product, Technology, Data and People teams.
  • Support Board reporting, investor materials and strategic planning activities with clear financial narrative and insight.

  • Support enterprise‑wide prioritisation and capital allocation decisions through structured financial evaluation and scenario analysis.
  • Help build a more insight‑led organisation where decisions are increasingly driven by data, commercial understanding and measurable outcomes.

What we’re looking for

You’re a commercially minded finance leader who thrives in fast‑moving, high‑growth environments and enjoys helping businesses make better decisions. You’re comfortable moving between strategic discussions and hands‑on analysis, balancing long‑term thinking with practical delivery. You build credibility through insight, collaboration and your ability to communicate complex financial information in a way that is clear and actionable.

You’ll bring:

  • ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent qualification.
  • Significant experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance or Strategic Finance leadership roles.
  • Experience leading budgeting, forecasting and long‑range planning processes within complex organisations.
  • Strong financial modelling and scenario planning capability.
  • Proven ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders through data‑driven insight.
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to connect operational drivers to financial performance.
  • Experience translating complex financial information into clear recommendations and actions.
  • Experience working with ERP, planning and business intelligence platforms.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • A strong interest in automation, AI‑enabled ways of working and process improvement.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and organisational skills.

It would also be great if you have:

  • Experience within eCommerce, marketplace, retail or inventory‑led businesses.
  • Experience supporting fundraising, investor reporting or strategic financing activities.
  • Experience operating within multi‑entity, multi‑currency organisations.
  • Exposure to international growth and scaling businesses.
