The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Field Service Engineer who’s passionate about problem solving, supporting customers, and keeping high performance automation systems running at their best. In this hands-on role, you’ll deliver world‑class service through:
- Planned preventative maintenance
- On‑site troubleshooting and repairs

What You’ll Do
Technical Support & Maintenance- Act as a first‑line technical expert, always presenting yourself with professionalism and positivity.
- Carry out diagnostics, repairs and complex maintenance tasks across electrical, mechanical and mechatronic systems.
- Identify improvement opportunities and propose proactive solutions to enhance machine performance.
- Deliver high‑quality technical training and advice on‑site.

- Support customers remotely via phone, email or online tools.

- Travel worldwide to support customers (valid UK passport and full driving licence required).
