Purpose of the Role
To lead the onsite procurement and logistic/warehouse functions. This is a high impact position, working across the business as well as across the wider MPAC organisation. You will be crucial to positioning the supply chain function as a strategic partner within the wider organisation.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
Operational Oversight
- Overall accountability for site supply chain performance across Compliance, Quality, Delivery, Cash & Cost
- Provide daily oversight of supply chain operations ensuring smooth, efficient, and compliant processes
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure effective collaboration between departments and collaborate with group colleagues
- Manage resource allocation including staffing, budgets, and infrastructure to meet business goals
Financial Management
- Develop and manage annual targets to improve supplier cash and cost performance
- Monitor financial performance, address variances and implement corrective actions
- Ensure cost-effective operations and identify cost optimisation opportunities
- Monitor and control working capital to maintain optimal liquidity and financial stability
Team Leadership and Development
- Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing supply chain team
- Deliver effective, empowering operational leadership across large and diverse teams
- Develop and retain high potential talent with succession planning for critical roles
- Foster a culture of learning, development, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities for staff at all levels
Compliance and Risk Management
- Ensure supplier base adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, and corporate policies
- Identify potential risks and implement effective mitigation strategies
- Support corporate initiatives related to business sustainability and environmental stewardship
Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as primary business representative to external supply base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Communicate supplier performance, challenges, and opportunities to the Senior Leadership Team (SLT)

- Achievement of annual financial targets for supplier cash and cost performance
- Compliance rates across supplier base, meeting regulatory and corporate standards
