We are a small, high-performing engineering team operating in a high-mix, low-volume environment. You will work on different, complex parts regularly rather than running the same component for weeks. As a driven machinist, you take total ownership of a project from initial programming through to the finished part.
What You Will Do
- Program: Create precise, offline CNC programs from scratch utilizing Fusion 360 CAM software.
- Set & Operate: Confidently set up tooling, fixtures, and safely run CNC milling centers.
- Collaborate: Work closely within a tight-knit team where open communication and problem-solving are vital.
- Improve: Bring a continuous improvement mindset to optimise our machining process.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience as a CNC Miller (Programmer/Setter/Operator).
- Advanced proficiency with Fusion 360.
- Flexibility and a proactive attitude to adapt to changing production needs.
- Bonus: Ability to also operate/program CNC Turning machines is a major plus, though not essential.
