Base pay range
MPAAS are looking to recruit experienced Dual Fuel Smart Meter engineers to work on behalf of some of the largest energy suppliers in the UK. We are looking to recruit engineers in all South West poscodes – BA, BS, TA, DT, TQ, EX, PL ,TR.

This role will come with a 3 phase upskill opportunity.
Regarding the below, if you take into consideration your salary of £37,000, the Health & Safety Bonus of £500 per quarter and Attendance Bonus of £300 per month, you will be earning up to £42,600 prior to earning any meter fitting bonus or optional Saturday working/overtime.
The full breakdown of the package on offer here at MPAAS is as follows:
- Basic
Salary: £37,000 - Attendance Bonus: £300 per month
- Health & Safety Bonus: £2,000 – This will be paid £500 per quarter.
- Daily Meter Fit Bonus: £20 Per Meter anything after your 5th. For example, 3Duals = £20, 4 Duals = £60.
- Optional Saturday Working: £60 per single/£110 per dual
- On-Call: You would be required to be a 1 in 8 week call out rota
- Working
Hours: Monday-Friday 42.5 hours per week 8am-5.30pm (1 hour for lunch) - Holidays: 23 days + 8 bank holidays. Plus1 Incremental service day, up to a maximum of 25 days annual leave
- Holiday Buy & Sell Scheme: You will be offered the option to either buy up to 5 extra days annual leave (buy 4 get 1 free!), or sell a portion of your untaken annual holiday entitlement that is over the Statutory minimum of 20 days.
- Private Medical Care: You will have the option to opt-in to a Private Health Care Scheme with Vitality
- Life Assurance Cover: 2x annual salary
- Pension: Standard Pension of 5% employee, 3% employer
- Refer a Friend: £500 for a successful referral
What we require from you:
- At least 6 months experience as a qualified Dual Fuel Smart Meter Engineer
- Manual driving licence with no more than 6 points
- Clean DBS check with no unspent convictions
- Happy to travel to Haydock, Merseyside to complete your induction
