In this role, you will have a hybrid role where your duties will be split across an Auditor and Dual Fuel Smart Meter Engineer. As an Auditor , you will play a pivotal part in enhancing MPAAS' safety and quality assurance standards by actively supporting field meter installers through auditing and coaching initiatives. Assigned a specific geographical area, you will conduct both Work-in-progress and post-completion audits—executed through on‑site evaluations and desktop reviews— ensuring strict adherence to company policies and industry regulations. This position also offers the flexibility of remote engagement, allowing you to provide ongoing support to our operatives via Stepback, thereby fostering continuous improvement and excellence in operational practices. As a Dual Fuel Engineer , you will be required to travel around a specified area, delivering an exceptional customer service experience to our client’s customers who you will engage with daily. You will be technical competent, to be able to safely install various types of smart meters whilst advising customers on the benefits of smart meters in a clear and coherent manner. We are looking for the best engineers who are ideally experienced in mentoring new starters on the best practice technical excellence standards following their initial induction. You’ll be proactive, and always keen to find new and efficient ways to make your role safer and more efficient.
