Are you looking for a role away from your traditional, standard Smart Meter Installation? If so, this role could be perfect for you. MPAAS are a progressive company focused on health & safety, development and delivering tech led solutions to UK energy suppliers. We are currently looking to recruit experienced Dual Fuel Engineers to work on the debt/warrant side of our business.
With this role you will be working closely with a Field Welfare Officer/Locksmith where your job will be to exchange gas/electric meters. We are looking for someone who is heavily customer focussed as you could be dealing with vulnerable individuals.
Please see the below breakdown of the full package on offer as a Dual Fuel Smart Meter Engineer, working on debt/warrant here at MPAAS:
- Basic Salary: £40,000 (£44,000 if you live inside the M25)
- Daily Meter Fitting Bonus Structure
- Attendance Bonus: £300 per month
- Health & Safety Bonus: £2,000 (Paid Quarterly)
- Working Hours: 42.5 hours per week, 8am-5.30pm (1 hour for lunch)
- Holidays: 23 days + 8 bank holidays plus 1 Incremental service day, up to a maximum of 25 days annual leave
- Holiday Buy & Sell Scheme: Purchase up to 5 more days annual leave or sell up to 3 days.
