Due to continued growth within MPAAS, we currently have a number of vacancies across the UK. We are looking for experienced Dual Fuel Smart Meter Engineers with ideally 12 months experience to work on behalf of one of a number of leading energy companies in the UK.
Salary and Benefits
- Basic Salary: £37,000 (£41,000 if you live inside the M25)
- Bonus Structure: Depending on the individual contract you are working on, you will either have a daily meter fitting bonus (£20 per meter after your 5th), or a monthly completion rate bonus (Up to £550 per month).
- Attendance Bonus: £300 per month – You will receive this payment every month that you are in work without any absence (Apart from pre-booked annual leave).
- Health & Safety Bonus: £2,000 This will be paid £500 per quarter.
- Optional On-Call (Contract Dependant): There is no mandatory On-Call, however there is an option to opt-in to a on-call rota on some of our contracts.
- Optional Saturday Working: On some contracts you will have the opportunity to work a Saturday and earn £60 per single/£110 per dual.
- Overtime: Available overtime.
- Working Hours: Monday‑Friday 42.5 hours per week 8am‑5.30pm (1 hour for lunch).
- Holidays: 23 days + 8 bank holidays plus 1 incremental service day, up to a maximum of 25 days annual leave.
- Holiday Buy‑to‑Share Scheme: You will be offered the option to purchase up to 5 extra days annual leave, or sell days you will not use.

- Life Assurance Cover: You will be enrolled into a Company Life Assurance scheme, which will pay a lump sum of 2 × annual basic salary to your nominated beneficiary should the unfortunate happen, whilst you are an employee of the Company.
- Pension: Standard pension of 5% employee, 3% employer.
