MPAAS are a progressive company focused on health & safety, development and delivering tech led solutions to UK energy suppliers. We are recruiting experienced Dual Fuel Engineers to work on the debt/warrant side of the business. You will be working closely with a Field Welfare Officer/Locksmith to exchange gas and electric meters. The role requires a strong focus on customer service, as you may be dealing with vulnerable individuals.
Responsibilities
- Exchange gas and electric meters, working closely with the Field Welfare Officer/Locksmith.
- Maintain a high level of customer service, with sensitivity to vulnerable customers.
Compensation and Benefits
- Basic Salary: £40,000 (£44,000 if based inside the M25)
- Daily Meter Fitting Bonus Structure
- Attendance Bonus: £300 per month
- Health & Safety Bonus: £2,000 (paid quarterly)
- Working Hours: 42.5 hours per week, 8:00–17:30 (1 hour lunch)
- Holidays: 23 days + 8 bank holidays, plus 1 incremental service day (up to 25 days total)
- Holiday Buy & Sell: Purchase up to 5 extra days or sell up to 3 days
