Overview

Dual Fuel Smart Meter Engineer (Warrant) role with MPAAS.

We are a progressive company focused on health & safety, development and delivering tech-led solutions to UK energy suppliers.

We are currently recruiting experienced Dual Fuel Engineers to work on the debt/warrant side of the business.

Responsibilities

  • Exchange gas/electric meters; work closely with a Field Welfare Officer/Locksmith.
  • Provide a high level of customer service, including when dealing with vulnerable individuals.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Basic Salary: £40,000 (£44,000 inside the M25)
  • Attendance Bonus: £300 per month
  • Health & Safety Bonus: £2,000 (paid quarterly)
  • Working Hours: 42.5 hours per week, 8:00–17:30 (1 hour lunch)
  • Holidays: 23 days + 8 bank holidays, plus 1 incremental service day (up to 25 days)
  • Holiday Buy & Sell Scheme: Buy up to 5 additional days or sell up to 3 days

  • Life Assurance: 2 x annual basic salary to nominated beneficiary
