We are currently recruiting for a Machine Shop Material Handler to join a well‑established manufacturing company based in Omagh.
This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a busy production team within a modern manufacturing environment.
The Role
As a Material Handler, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient movement and supply of materials throughout the machine shop, supporting production and helping to maintain a safe and organised workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Barcode and scan parts before placing them into collection bins.
- Complete checklists to ensure all required parts are available.
- Operate a pallet truck to maintain a continuous supply of materials to the machine shop.
- Load, move and transport materials safely and accurately.
- Stack and store products efficiently in designated areas.
- Support the production team with press brake operations when required.
- Assist with supplying materials to production lines.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Carry out daily safety checks and maintain a clean, hazard‑free work area.
- Follow all health and safety procedures at all times.
