We are looking for a reliable and proactive Production Operative to work on a rotational shift pattern in our fast-paced manufacturing facility. Key Responsibilities:- Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment to ensure smooth operations.
- Work in a team to meet production targets and maintain high standards of product quality.
- Perform routine checks on machinery and report any faults or issues to supervisors.
- Ensure all health and safety protocols are followed, maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- Assist with packing, labeling, and preparing products for distribution.
- Ensure products meet quality control standards and report any defects or issues.
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure a smooth flow of production across shifts.
- Participate in regular training to improve skills and meet operational needs.
3-day work week (12-hour shifts) followed by a 4-day work week (12-hour shifts). Alternating between 2 weeks of night shifts and 2 weeks of day shifts.
