About the Role
As a Staff Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to residents, promoting dignity, independence, and wellbeing at all times.
Working closely with the Nurse Manager and wider care team, your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the delivery of exceptional nursing care tailored to each resident's individual needs.
- Creating a caring, safe, and supportive environment that promotes independence and quality of life.
- Participating in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date clinical records in line with regulatory requirements.
