MPA Recruitment are currently recruiting for Production Line Operators for a leading manufacturer in the Dungiven area.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy production environment manufacturing high-quality window and door systems for residential and commercial projects across the UK and Ireland.
Full training will be provided, making this a great opportunity for candidates with manufacturing experience or those looking to build a long-term career within production.
The Role
As a Production Line Operator, you will be involved in the manufacture and assembly of window and door products, working as part of a skilled production team to ensure customer orders are completed accurately and efficiently.
Duties may include
- Assembling timber, aluminium, PVCu and composite window and door components
- Operating production machinery and hand tools safely and effectively
- Cutting, fitting and preparing materials for production
- Installing hardware and fittings such as handles, hinges and locks
- Conducting quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards
- Packaging finished products for storage and dispatch
- Moving materials and products throughout the production facility
- Following production schedules and work instructions
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe work area
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve daily production targets
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, assembly, construction or joinery environment would be advantageous
- Good practical and hands-on skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
- A strong awareness of health and safety procedures
