Learning Disability Support Workers – Flexible Hours & Weekly Pay £12.75–£21.55 per hour | Belfast | Full & Part-Time

As one of the main contracted suppliers to a range of independent living services across Belfast, we are recruiting Learning Disability Support Workers to join our team.

CPI Training is preferred/essential for some roles — but don't worry if you're not currently CPI trained! MPA Recruitment offers CPI training.

We can offer full-time or part-time hours, giving you the flexibility to pick up shifts around your current role or take on a completely new challenge.

Shift Patterns Include:

• Long Days
• Waking Nights
• Early Shifts
• Afternoon Shifts
• Sleepovers

Pay Rates: £12.75–£21.55 per hour

Your Day-to-Day Role May Include:

• Taking part in daily activities
• Following service user support plans
• Assisting with daily living tasks such as cooking, cleaning and budgeting
• Promoting independence wherever appropriate
• Assisting with personal care and feeding
• Providing person-centred support to service users

The Person:

• Minimum 6 months' paid experience working with people with Learning Disabilities
• CPI trained OR willing to complete MPA's CPI training
• Registered with NISCC
• Willing to complete mandatory training courses
• Willing to complete an Enhanced Access NI check
