As one of the main contracted suppliers to a range of independent living services across Belfast, we are recruiting CPI Trained Learning Disability Support Workers. Don't worry if you are not CPI trained; MPA offers this training at a fantastic price of £75!
We can offer staff full-time or part-time hours, which means you can pick up shifts around your current role or take on a completely new challenge!
Shift Patterns include: long days, waking night shifts, early shifts, afternoon shifts & sleepovers.
Pay Rates: £12.75-£21.55 (Shift Dependant)
A day-to-day working with our clients will include:
- Taking part in daily activities
- Following service user support plans
- Assisting with daily living tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and budgeting
- Promoting independence where appropriate
- Assisting with all aspects of personal care & feeding

The Person:
- 6 months minimum paid experience working with Learning Disability
