MPA Recruitment seeks an experienced Estates Officer – Mechanical (Band 6) for NIAS at NIAS Headquarters in Belfast. You will lead mechanical maintenance, supervise contractors and ensure statutory compliance, supporting estates and capital projects across the NIAS estate.
You will work with the Head of Estates Strategy & Projects to drive safe, efficient mechanical systems, apply HTMs guidance and manage CAFM workflows, achieving high service standards.
