Position Overview
In this role, you'll work within a multidisciplinary Primary Care Network (PCN) alongside a large team of Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and Allied Health Professionals to deliver best-in-class primary care. The position offers flexibility, allowing you to work in-clinic or remotely using a secure, paperless, cloud-based system.
Responsibilities
- Provide in-clinic and/or telemedicine care to patients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records.
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care and a seamless patient experience.
- Adhere to all privacy and confidentiality regulations as required by law.
