About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated

Registered Manager to lead domiciliary and outreach services supporting children and adults with intellectual disabilities, autism and associated mental health needs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality and person-centred care , promoting independence, dignity, choice and community involvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage and develop care and support services.
  • Ensure services meet relevant regulatory, legislative and quality standards.
  • Manage, supervise and monitor staff performance.
  • Promote a positive, person-centred culture across the service.
  • Maintain effective administrative and communication systems.
  • Build strong working relationships with service users, families and external agencies.
  • Identify and resolve issues proactively and effectively.
  • Monitor service quality, outcomes, KPIs and performance.
  • Participate in performance management and on-call arrangements.
  • Ensure professional standards, policies and procedures are consistently followed.

Essential Criteria

  • Professional qualification in

Social Work, Applied Social Studies, Nursing or QCF Level 5 .

  • Professional management qualification, or willingness to complete within 6 months.
  • Minimum

3 years' experience in Health & Social Care .

  • Minimum

3 years' supervisory/management experience within Health & Social Care.

  • Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
  • Experience managing people, resources and service delivery.
  • Ability to work proactively and respond effectively to changing circumstances.
  • Registered with the relevant professional body where applicable.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own transport.
  • Flexibility to undertake on-call duties .
  • Right to work in Northern Ireland.
